What factors are considered when qualifying an applicant at Parc at White Rock Apartments?
Our third-party screening company looks at multiple factors to determine approval. Your credit, rental history, current employment, and background screening will all be considered. Those with no credit score or a lower credit score may be accepted with conditions requiring a higher deposit or re-apply with a guarantor.
Are guarantors accepted?
Guarantors are accepted, but their income requirements can be different from the main applicant. Please speak with our leasing office directly for more details.
What is the income requirement?
The income requirements are 3x the rental rate.
Which utilities are included in my rent?
Utilities are not included in the rent. There is an additional $35 monthly fee for valet trash service and a $3 fee for pest control. Water and sewer are billed separately based on consumption and added to your monthly rent.
What is the pet policy?
We are a pet-friendly community and allow the following pets: dogs and cats. There is a weight limit of 80 lbs. per pet with a max of two pets per household. Breed restrictions include Pit Bull, Cane Corso, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, German Shepard, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario Bulldog, Great Dane, Boxer, Akita, Wolf Hybrid, or any breed mixed with one of those listed here.
Pet Fees & Deposit
There is a one-time $300 pet fee and $35 monthly pet rent for each pet.
Do I have to be present for a service technician to perform work?
Please select permission to enter when submitting your work orders through the resident portal. This will allow the maintenance team to enter your apartment to complete your work order, without you needing to be present. Please be sure animals are secure.
How do I pay my rent online?
Rent can be paid online through your resident portal.
Is parking available?
The building has a 5-level covered parking garage. All residents are required to provide their car information to the leasing office so a parking permit can be issued. One parking sticker is issued per lease holder. In addition, we offer reserved parking spaces in the garage that can be rented for an additional $100 a month. Towing is strictly enforced.
